NO more contact via email with RRHosting |

Due to an enormous amount of spam email attacks on our companies email account, we are now refusing ALL emails sent to us!
Anyone sending an email will receive a reply advising them that their email will not reach it's destination and to post on our forums. We will then send them a private message on our forums asking them for their email address which we will then add to our 'whitelist' so they can once again contact us via email.
You will need to be registered on our forums to post in this topic!
We appologise for the inconvenience this will cause our client's but we can no longer devote the resource needed to manage 10,00 + spam emails per day!

All our old servers are now offline and disconnected. Anyone that is not on the new hosting please email support AT rrhosting DOT com to raise a support ticket. Include the following;
Full name
Domain name
PayPal purchase reference

Please read if you have not backed up your website yet! |

If you are still on the old hosting and have not backed up your website, time is running out.
Your old hosting WILL stop sometime this evening, clients have had 5 weeks notice and now your time is up.
Please make sure that you collect all your emails and have a note of all your pop3 email accounts and passwords ready to recreate them on your new cPanel hosting.
If you have any questions or are worried about this in anyway then email support AT rrhosting DOT com which will raise a support ticket and receive prompt attention.
DO NOT IGNORE THIS AS YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR DATA! This is YOUR responsibility NOT ours.

mySQL servers problems |

There is a problem with a routers on one of our racks. This is affecting some customer accounts and also rrhosting.com.
We are aware that some clients can't access their data. If you need to contact support please send an email to support@rrhosting.com
Engineers are working on the problem and it should be back to normal very soon.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

We have been informed by the engineers that this should be sorted by around 1600hrs (4pm).

We have just been informed that they are going to have to replace the router. We have not been given a new estimated time!

We are still awaiting news about the router. As soon as we hear, we will post here!

We are still waiting to hear that the new router has been fitted.

We are still waiting to hear about the Cisco Router. So we are asking all clients to contact our support dept. via email so that we can create new mySQL databases and get them to restore from their backups. For advice email support@rrhosting.com.

If you do not have a backup of your data you might want to search your Google cache for any traces of it. Also check out this site: http://www.archive.org/web/web.php
On your new cPanel hosting account it is now even easier to backup your data, simply click on the backup icon. If you can't work out how to use it please email our support desk. |
